ACTION FIGURES

Here is a list of the action figures availible relating to Yamato, Jyou, and their Digimon!

PVC Mini-Figures

* There are many PVCs made of Digimon, including Yamato (Season One), Yamato (Season Two), Jyou (Season One), Jyou (Season Two), Punimon, Tsunomon, Gabumon, Garurumon, WereGarurumon, MetalGarurumon, Bukamon, Gomamon, Ikkakumon, Zudomon. First off, the US version figure of Jyou is *very rare* only availible in the Toys-R-Us set shown above. The season two figurines of Yamato and Jyou were only released in Japan-- good luck getting your hands on those. The others were produced in many forms of PVCs in Japan (the ones the US got, some "Kids" style figures similar to the Pokemon Kids series, and other gashapon ranging from metallic colors to clear), but just the basic line here. Finally, again featuring the rare set above, those figures had better paint jobs than the mini-packs you see next to it.

Action Feature Figures

*These figurines measure anywhere from 2"-5" tall/long and are just your generic plastic figurine with "karate chop action"! They were available in the US and Japan. Judging by the MetalGarurumon I have above, there may be clear variants of these.

Digivolvers / Transformers

*These are probably the most sought-after figurines. They featured one Digimon who transformed into another. The US versions were easier to collect because you didn't have to buy both sets to transform a Digimon (at least in Season Two, this is the case, EX: You need the Veemon/Flamedramon set so you could add the Raidramon armor to Veemon to make the Digi-Mental of Friendship.) In America, we got both versions seperate. The Japanese versions look alot more like their Egg counterparts and tend to have better quality than the US releases. However, the US releases came with bonus cards to collect that seemed to coincide with the Visual Trading Card in the US. As far as I'm aware this wasn't present in the Japanese and was just an American marketing gimmick.

Other

*There are several other Digimon Action Figures availible in Japan. So many that I can't even fit them all here. There are some images above featuring talking Digimon, Gashapon, Spin Tops, Finger Puppets, and even some kind of bootleg porcelain knockoffs!,... anything you can imagine. If you have a specific question, feel free to email me about it.
